Hello, everyone!
I'm not sure how many of you use old-style Okinawan hojo undo kigu (supplementary training tools), but I have found an improvised kakiya/kakete-biki to be highly beneficial to my training when I don't have a partner around. This video is just a clip of me doing some freestyle drilling with mine, yesterday afternoon. It's more playing with concepts and experimenting with movement than trying to adhere to any particular drills.
Two bungee cords, a stick and a post! Very clever and something that most will be able to put together for a bit of beneficial fun on partner-less days. Thanks for sharing!
All the best,
Iain
