This week, on Waza Wednesday, we take a look at the spearhand/turn sequence found in Gojushiho/Useishi, and its application as a takedown by controlling the arm and neck.
Nice one! I like the underarm hook on the takedown. My “primary” application for that sequence is in the video below at 5:00. Is similar, but I use both hands for the crank. I do like your version too though.
