The review seems balanced and detailed. The criticism of a lack of sources would seem to be a concern, but I’ve read a couple of reviews and it seems to be the feeling that the authors do a good job of presenting their theories. It seems it is only available from Amazon in the USA at the moment, which makes it expensive for us here in the UK (around £60). Probably too much to take a chance on. Certainly looks interesting though. It would be interesting to hear the thoughts of any here who have read it?

All the best,
