Hello, everyone!
We had a request to show some techniques from Tachimura no Naihanchi--a version of Naihanchi taught in KishimotoDi, which was not influenced by Itosu Anko the way most other versions were. This video takes a look at a very simple application for the nami-gaeshi/forearm strike motion of the kata, and although this application is taught as part of KishimotoDi, it can fit most other versions of Naihanchi just as well.
Nice and simple, well presented, and covers several important principles in just one move.
Thanks for sharing.
Easy to remember too, I like it alot.
