In this video, I demonstrate how to fuse two pad drills. Drill #1 is a jab/cross/hook/elbow. Drill #2 is a "Crash & Clinch" to deal with a barrage of hay-makers followed by knees and elbows. It's a great way to mix up your pad work and keep you on your toes. There's a bit of tekki and heian yondan in here.

I loved seeing this when you first posted it on Instagram. It's actually very similar to the way I like to approach padwork, blending "sport fighting" drills with self defense focused drills, and mixing it up to add a level of unpredictability. Good stuff!
