Hello everyone,
This week's Waza Wednesday looks at a flow drill for escaping kote-gaeshi (wrist reversal), and countering with waki-gatame (armpit hold), before transitioning to kote-gaeshi to continue the drill. As with most flow drills, this drill can be used as a platform drill, from which to launch into other techniques.
Tidy. Effective in its simplicity. I might steal that.
For months now the highlight of my Thursdays is watching Waza Wednesday!
