Here is a short Ted Talk video by Matt Cutts on his “30 day challenges”. It’s only 3 minutes 28 second long, but well worth watching for all of us who have goals we want to achieve, things we’d like to try, and things we’d like to add to our lives.
It could also be a very simple way to enhance any area of your martial arts. Pick a drill, technique or exercise and commit to doing so many repetitions for the next 30 days. A very simple idea that could be enjoyable, challenging and beneficial.
I hope you enjoy the video.
All the best,
