Hi, is there anyone doing or who wants to do practical karate in the Kendal (Cumbria, UK) area? I'm looking for people to train with when restrictions ease. Cheers, Phil
I'd love to train with Iain, but he said his dojo "exists to take beginners from white belt onwards. It does not cater to experienced martial arts looking for one off training. Experienced martial artists looking to train with Iain should see the seminars page of this website." Being a 2nd Dan, I presume that applies to me. I definitely plan on attending some seminars when things open up, but I was also looking for anyone locally to do some more regular training with.

The reason we say that is the dojo exists for its full-time members. Hence, we can’t cater for one-off visitors looking for a “mini-seminar” without the training being disrupted.

If you are looking for regular training, then we do have a number of experienced people who have joined us and train regularly to further their development. You are an hour or so away from us so, when things open back up, you are more than welcome to join us.
Well, there's Iain?
