Here are some interesting and impressive back exercises for anyone with access to a chin-up bar. It looks like the guy is a climber and has a set up that most of us do not. However, there are some interesting exercises using the chin-up bar alone. I like the changing grips, and the "arching" ones with the backpack, the "v-lifts" are also impressive (but totally beyond me! However, the one where he pushes off the edge of the weights bench looks like a good way to dislocate shoulders to me :-) Still plenty to provide inspiration for back workouts though.
