I can't say enough good things about Lee Morrison's work. This in particular is a two DVD set and covers, unsurprisingly, the principles upon which Urban Combatives is based. It's good, solid stuff and I heartily recommend it to anyone with an interest in real-life modern day self-protection.
His presentation style is very direct and he pulls no punches (no pun intended) in discussing the reality of human conflict and aggression.
