Chuck Neale sent me this video via twitter. It shows Chuck working his way through a number of innovative and functional martial arts conditioning drills. Loads of good ideas here and so I asked Chuck if he’d be OK with me sharing this with you all. He was! It’s a great clip which I know you’ll all enjoy.
