This week's Waza Wednesday takes a look at the elbow lift in Gojushiho--I apologize in advance for my sloppy presentation. I demonstrate off of wrist grabs, but it can be done from a variety of attacks. As always, positioning, points of contact, and direction of movement are more important than the specific attack.
