Since adding the limb to the bag I have found it quite a useful tool. I thought I'd share some of the recent sessions I've enjoyed on the bag with you, hopefully you will find them of some use. The idea is to run through the techniques that you can apply on the bag from the katas, then as you become more fluent with them you will be able to move freely around the kata as you would with conventional type bag work. You may be able to tell, Heian Nidan is my favourite :-)
