Escape to 'control entry' to throw.
A 'Seventy Second Seminar' illustrating the static format of my application of the opening movement of Heian / Pinan Sandan from the second book in the Pinan Flow System. This is the static drill movement. After this Tori and Uke go 'live' with Uke attempting to disrupt Tori's tactics (teaching tactle sensitivity, speed, situational awareness and adaptability) and Tori closing Uke down bu shifting to alternative control or striking positions indicated in the kata or 'breaking out' into tactics learned in the applications for other forms.
Hope you enjoy!
