A great set of DVDs showing drills for real self-protection. It addresses all aspects of real-life violence, from awareness and mental state to effective, pragmatic tactics. A number of scenarios are shown 'in the field' and are firmly rooted in the real world - subway muggings, ATM attacks, 'happy slapping' etc. The content will appeal to anyone with an interest in authentic self-protection and Lee Morrison's presentation style and delivery is excellent. I can't recommend this set highly enough to do it justice.
