Who doesn't love smashing pads? This pad drill starts with a jab/cross followed by a duck under a left hook. Use the weight transfer to land a left hook to the body followed by another cross. I have 45 lbs on my son who is holding the pads. Despite the TKD vest he was wearing, I couldn't put much force into the shovel hook ;) This is a fun drill that you can also practice on the heavy bag.
