Personal Safety Tips

I'm not sure how I feel about the first tip. Seems a more female centric tip that general advice.

You are safest in bright, well lit and busy area.

As a younger male I often felt that my danger areas weren't a deserted backstreet on my way home but the well lit and busy main thoroughfares where other (drunk) males were gathered or travelling through. Seeing as other males that are after a fight would be my main threats at that time.
