Rocky tells it like it is!

I watch this everytime I get knocked down by life.

It has helped me greatly! It has become my own personal mantra.

This is one of the best scenes ever, from one of the worst movies ever.

When I would struggle to find the motivation to get up and run with my training buddy at 6am for the 6th day in a row, my mate would always text me with 4 simple words...

"What would Rocky do?"

He always knew exactly what button to press! haha!

That and when I was struggling in a padwork or circuit class he would start singing Lionel Richies "All Night Long" or "Easy Like Sunday Morning!" lol.
