Really good book, I really liked the throws and takedowns and it even has some gettting up off the ground defenses too. All practical in a self defence situations.

The only problem is that if you or your partner have no throwing or grappling experience (or no one to practice with at all) it makes it very difficult to learn.  Best done with judo or ju-jitsu experience or experienced person to teach.
