Training at home

Im a student, living in a small flat inner city. I could love to have a heavy bag in a garage or hanging from a tree or something, but I dont have space to hang it. I was wondering if there is any way to practice throwing kicks at home

Well impact training without a bag is tough. However, you can train flexability and positioning. To do this set up a chair and use the sitting part of the chair as a minimum for the hight of the kick. When you get good at that, use the tall back of the chair as the minimum. You will quickly learn to get your knee up after the first time you nail your shin.
