Viking Laws

I'm back from Norway. I have to say that the Fjords are without doubt the most beautiful places on Earth I've ever seen. My blood pressure and stress levels are lower than ever. The downside is my expanded wasteline!

Onto topic, the Viking Laws grabbed my attention. Now the cynic in me wonders if these have been created purely for the tourists and I've actually bought a book on Viking history to better understand them. Regardless, I feel there are some genuinely useful and insightful with this that are directly applicable to 21st century Martial Arts
