Seminar in Lowestoft, Suffolk
On the 19th of January 2013 I’ll be teaching an open course on kata bunkai / practical karate. The course will be held in the Nirvana Fitness Centre, 60 Pinbush Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 7NL from midday to 4pm. The cost will be just £25 per person. NOTE: All places need booked in advance and there will ne no “on the door” tickets.
