On Saturday the 28th of March 2015 11am-3pm I will be teaching an open seminar for the Lee Taylor Karate group.  The bulk of the seminar will focus on karate griping, takedowns and groundwork. The final part of the seminar will cover limb control drills from both Seipai and Seienchin (prior knowledge of the kata is not necessary). The seminar will run from 11am to 3pm and will be held at East Radnor Leisure Centre, Broad Axe Lane, Presteigne, Powys, LD8 2YT.
