Vejle Shotokan Karate-Do and Hinnerup Karate invite you to an open seminar with Iain Abernethy the 28th and 29th of September 2013 in Vejle.
We have previously had the great pleasure of Iain’s great insight and knowledge of karate techniques. This years seminar will focus upon common occurrences during physical confrontations – as determined from modern data – and how a variety of kata address these situations. The seminar will show how the techniques of kata remain entirely relevant to the nature of modern civilian self-protection.
Besides the training seminar itself, Iain will end the weekend by giving a talk upon mental strength and how to develop the right combative mindset and how it can be applied in everyday life.
