On this page you can view all the “Practical Kata Bunkai” You-Tube videos added over that last couple of weeks. As most of you know, it is my intention to take a pocket video camera with me everywhere I go in order to capture plenty of footage that I hope you will find interesting. Well last night I went to see Shaolin monks perform their “The Spirit Within” show. It was awesome!
My family and I were lucky enough to be able to sneak into the theatre before to show to see the Shaolin monks warm-up. Russell Goold had kindly aranged this and the warm-up was massively impressive in itself and gave us a taste of what was to come. The warm-up consisted of stretching, kicking, acrobatics and more, all to a booming punk rock soundtrack over the theatre’s sound system! Hi All,
To make it as easy as possible for people to find and view the impromptu videos I intend filming at various classes and seminars, I’ve set up a You-Tube channel for them. Not much up there yet, but I intend to add new stuff on a weekly basis.

Hi All,
Site regulars will be interested to know that a Facebook page has been set up around the “Ask me about your bruises” T-Shirts and the great cause they are raising funds for!
What you all need to do is get a T-Shirt, get your picture taken in it, and then get it up on the Facebook page! In the meantime, could all Facebook users be sure to give the page a “like” and spread the word on this great way for karateka to look cool and do a good thing! Thank you very much!
