For our DVDs we always want to ensure customers have the “wow!” factor when they watch them. Times are hard and I want everyone who watches anything we do to know that their hard-earned cash was well spent. And that we cared enough to ensure that, not only was the DVD packed with useful information, but that the DVD was professionally filmed and edited. We all like cool martial arts t-shirts and I have to say that one of my favourites is my “Ask me about my bruises” shirt that I got from Eric Parsons while in the US last year. Not only does it look cool and is quite witty, but I’ve made new friends and even got new students when total strangers have asked me about my bruises! My favourite was when flying out of Germany one time and I was asked by a border guard, who was inspecting my passport at the time, “tell about your bruises?” I’d forgotten I had the shirt on and hence thought that my passport... more

Hi Everyone, I’m in need of a little help and I have a favour to ask. Last year Rhys (my 7 year old son) saw a documentary on the plight of injured soldiers and it obviously had an effect. A couple of days later he was at swimming class and noticed poster for an event for the Help for Heroes charity. It is a charity that helps wounded servicemen and women and you can find more details below. Rhys announced that he wanted to do a sponsored swim to help.
