Practical applications flow drill that covers all of Taegeuk Sa Jang

This is the week of Taegeuk Sa Jang :-P

This is as far as I know the first drill like this of its kind that covers a complete Taekwondo Poomsae (I have not seen the entire clip posted yesterday on sparring applications from Taegeuk Sa Jang so I might be mistaken, if so I am sorry).

I have tried to apply the whole poomsae from start to finish to have a nice sumary drill to cram a lot of applications together in a short space of time. I hope you guys enjoy it and if you do, please consider sharing it. If you do not like it, please try to make your own where you apply a complete poomsae (only better) and share it with the world:-) That would make a positive contribution to applied Taekwondo :-) I have tried giving as much context as possible in the clip itself (it is captioned so turn on the text if you do not want to see it with sound, or the audio is bad, or my english is not understandable), but if you only want to see the complete drill itself it is shown from two different angles in the last 3-4 minutes of the clip :-)

Nice flow sir! I like how you keep control of him always keeping both hands busy and controlling his balance! I enjoy seeing your videos and ideas! All the best, Jeb

Thanks for that wonderful comment Jeb :-) I’m also enjoying watching your thoughts and videos as well. It was especially fun to watch your video just after posting mine as we have some similarities it was two different solutions to the same poomsae overall. It’s always nice to get more than one perspective on things :-)

I’ve made a new clip based on the same footage but this time with a voiceover commenting on the drill. So you get a 10 sec intro, the drill itself and then a slow motion with commentary. I hope you enjoy the clip.
