Flexibility must be maintained even during the pandemic.
I recorded this 10 minutte routine, at the end of last night's zoom training. And uploaded to youtube, for our club.
It's composed of two tabatta round 8x20 seconds and finishes with a 1 minutte stretch, så the stretches can be varied.
The instructions are in danish, but it is pretty easy to follow along.
