Hi,
I thought I would give a shoutout to some of the youtube channels I have been looking at lately. These are some channels you may or may not have seen yet but are worth looking at.
Sylvie von Duuglas-Ittu - Muay Thai - YouTube
Heatrick Strength & Conditioning - YouTube
That Bunkai Bloke - Shawn Donaldson - YouTube
Russian Boxing School - YouTube
TeachMeGrappling Coach Brian - YouTube
The Modern Martial Artist - YouTube
MMAShredded Jeff Chan - YouTube
These are mainly lesser known channels. If you have any other suggestions let me know! A
Daniel Pyatt https://www.youtube.com/user/SeimeidoTV aikijujutsu, karate, kobudo
Looks interesting! A
Samir Berardo - https://youtube.com/user/samirberardo
Stephan Kesting is great for the ground grappling side of things:

I also follow quite a few channels on physical training which I find entertaining and interesting:
Shredded Sports Science (educational, funny and BS free):

Greg Doucette is a Canadian powerlifter and bodybuilder. What I like about his stuff is it’s scientifically based, he emphasises health, and he encourages realistic expectations. He also has some good advice on diet too. I have one of his “anabolic ice creams” every evening. It tastes great, leaves me feeling full, and the only ingredient in it that has any calories are the two scoops of protein powder. Some “internet drama” on his channel and discussions of the use of steroids, but he produces a massive amount of content, so I ignore those and watch the videos that are interesting to me.

Athelen-X is massively popular, and that’s because he really knows his stuff and can communicate it incredibly well:

All the best,

A couple others.
For internal Chinese martial arts, I haven't found anyone clearer and more straightforward than Hai Yang https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBowHwlMPzQ5ajJ2f5v9CYA
For bodyweight strength training, in addition to Athlean-X which Iain mentioned, I follow Red Delta Project https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIcg7rU2e5VWJqobAAqQaDg
