3 Identical moves can be a continuous Application

I hope my video explains this but basically i'm asking if you can think of other forms where three moves are all part of the same move. Not either or, or transistions from left to right, right to left

(Sorry, I misunderstood your question when I answered it on YouTube comments.)

You can think of the three high blocks in Pyongan Chodan this way.  The first is a genuine block.  You pull that hand down and try to strike his jaw with the second.  He blocks it with his free hand.  You pull that hand down and strike again on the other side.

THat is very true, but the sequence you're describing involves your oppenent having an action, therefore its a drill, in my example my oppenent doesn't do anything to counter it part from their initial attack. hope that makes sense.

OK, I see.  Well, with those parameters, I cannot think of any triples that are all one move.
