Having recently bought Iain's 'Mental Strength' book I watched a intro vid on a chapter of this book about consistency. I have only read to end of chapter three so far, been a busy day
While watching the vid I thought of this quote which I have on my start page.
Japanese proverb: Learning through practice is like pushing a cart up a hill. If you slack off, it will slip backwards.
