This drill can teach a lot of good principles. Start with a Cross/Hook/Elbow (gyaku zuki/kage zuki/empi uchi). The elbow should stick to the bag as you extend the arm to cover the eyes. Simultaneously shift to the left to obtain a new angle. Pay attention to the footwork. Finish with a Gyaku Zuki.
