This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) consists of 15 X 1-min bouts of karate exercises each followed by 30 second rest intervals. There are a mix of activities including kata, traditional kihon and non-traditional kihon. I had some technical issues during the recording. My head gets chopped of a few times and I accidentally skipped one of the exercises. Oh well, it's still a good workout :) Happy Training!
