homemade reflex ball, 4 drills

Hi all,

Here are four drills we worked in class last week using some homemade reflex balls. The balls were made from foam tennis balls and 3mm elasticated chord. Using the foam ball is a safe way to build confidence wile trying to improve head movement and reactive speed. The drills are good fun while maintaining social distancing.
