In this 15 min Karate HIIT workout, I run through the kihon portion of my 7th kyu testing syllabus. There are 5 kihon sets which I run through twice. I start off with 30 sec of slow movement followed by 1 minute of speed. The whole workout takes a total of 15 min. Be sure to check out my HOME TRAINING Playlist linked at the end of the video.
