This week's Waza Wednesday video takes a look at a sequence of techniques found in both the Passai Sho and Passai Dai kata that we have in our style. The drill chains together three techniques--an elbow wrench, a rolling armbar, and a spine manipulation takedown--based on the opponent's resistance.
