At this seminar Leigh and Iain will be covering vital aspects of self-defence that are frequently overlooked, or done badly, when martial artists approach this topic. Leigh will cover self-defence law so you can ensure your practice and teaching is both effective and in accord with the law of England and Wales. Iain will then teach a host of physical drills relating to de-escalation, pre-emption, escape, protecting others, etc.
