On Sunday the 5th of January 2020 I will be teaching alongside the always impressive John Johnston 8^th dan! These seminars are always a massive amount of fun and will be sure to give you plenty of material and ideas to get your karate year off to a superb start! John will be covering the practical applications of Passai /Bassai-Dai and Bassai-Sho! Iain will be covering bunkai based pad-drills!
