On Sunday the 5th of March 2017 I will be teaching a joint padwork seminar with Andrew Rheeston! I will be covering bunkai-based focus mitt drills, and Andrew will be covering related Panantukan (Filipino / Dirty boxing) techniques and focus mitt work. This will be a great opportunity to learn practical and enjoyable impact drills! The seminar will run from 10:30 (doors open at 10am) and finish at 14:35. The location is John Henry Newman Catholic College, Chelmsley Road, Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham, B37 5GA. The cost will be £35 per person and can be paid through paypal using arheeston@hotmail.co.uk.
