On Sunday the 15^th of October 2017 I will be teaching an open seminar on the bunkai of the Pinan / Heian Series! This will include close-range strikes, trapping, locks, chokes, takedowns, throws, and more.

The Pinan / Heian series are a complete fighting system and Gichin Funakoshi said that those who knew the applications to these kata could “be confident of their ability to protect themselves in most situations.”
