John Titchen Heian Flow System Seminar
Hi
On Saturday 25 August I will be teaching a Heian/Pinan Flow drills seminar at the High Wycombe Judo Centre. The seminar will be based on the first edition of the Heian Flow System. The day will include:
Stand alone drills against HAOV
Kata based sparring
Dynamic drills not featured in the book including reaction time and confidence drills for beginners and clinch drills.
Timings:
1030-1300: Drills for Heian/Pinan Shodan, Nidan and Sandan.
1330-1600: Drills for Heian/Pinan Sandan, Yondan and Godan.
£20 for one class, £35 for both sessions.
If you’re interested in coming along for training please drop me a line on jwt.dart@gmail.com.

The opening movement of Pinan Yondan as escapes from two different holding techniques (albeit as a response to their initiation rather than when the person has it fully on since a skilled person will prevent the breakouts):
Hi
I hadn't realised this was the bank holiday weekend, so I've postponed this to April 26 2014.
Hope that helps!
